AJPW “New Year Giant Series 2024” Results (1/3/2024), Katsuhiko Nakajima vs Charlie Dempsey Triple Crown Title Match
The All Japan Pro-Wrestling “New Year Giant Series 2024” tour continued on January 3rd as the promotion held a second straight show at the legendary Korakuen Hall.
The main event saw the current AJPW Triple Crown Champion Katsuhiko Nakajima making his second defense of the title as he faced WWE NXT challenger Charlie Dempsey. After nineteen minutes and forty two seconds, Nakajima was able to put Dempsey away with a Northern Lights Bomb.
As a sign of respect, Nakajima shook the hand of Dempsey following the match.
Following the match, Shotaro Ashino headed to the ring and made it clear that he will be the next challenger for Triple Crown Champion Katsuhiko Nakajima.
Also on the card, AJPW ace Kento Miyahara teamed with Davey Boy Smith Jr as they defeated Hideki Suzuki & Suwama

- Davey Boy Smith Jr. & Kento Miyahara defeated Hideki Suzuki & Suwama – (20:02)
