All Elite Wrestling is in San Antonio, Texas tonight for this week’s Holiday Bash episode of Collision, and Ring of Honor tapings, and there is a New Japan Pro Wrestling star backstage.
Sources have confirmed to me that NJPW Star and Bullet Club member “The Crown Jewel” Chase Owens is backstage at tonight’s AEW tapings.
Chase Owens currently lives in San Antonio, and is said to be visiting friends who work for AEW. Owens is not expected to participate on screen in any capacity on tonight’s Collision, or the ROH tapings. Owens is scheduled to return to Japan at the first of the year, as he is set to appear at NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom 18 and New Year’s Dash event’s.
Owens is the second longest tenured member of the Bullet Club (behind Bad Luck Fale), joining the group on October 23rd, 2015.

- We’ll hear from Christian Cage

- AEW Continental Classic Blue League: Claudio Castagnoli vs. Bryan Danielson
- AEW Continental Classic Blue League: Brody King vs. Daniel Garcia
- AEW Continental Classic Blue League: Andrade El Idolo vs. Eddie Kingston
