Manabu Soya: The GHC Heavyweight Title Is The Highest Belt In The Wrestling World

On January 2nd 2024, Kenoh is set to defend the GHC Heavyweight Championship against Manabu Soya at Pro Wrestling NOAH’s biggest show of the year NOAH “THE NEW YEAR” 2024.

This will be Manabu Soya’s first shot at the GHC Heavyweight Title after being on the NOAH roster for the last three years.

Manabu Soya was interviewed recently by Bodyslam.net’s Lewis Carlan and was asked if the upcoming match with Kenoh is the biggest of his career and what the GHC Heavyweight Title means to him.

This is my first challenge for the GHC belt. Since this GHC belt is the highest belt in the wrestling world, it will be the biggest challenge in my wrestling career.

Manabu Soya was also asked what his game plan is for the GHC Heavyweight Title match against Kenoh.

I think I have to fight not only in the ring but also outside the ring. That includes YouTube & comments. So I will always be in fighting mode and go to January 2nd.
