On October 24th, just three days removed from IMPACT Bound for Glory PPV, the company took to their own social media Twitter account to reveal that PCO had signed a new contract, the first new signing under the TNA Wrestling banner.
Just four days later on the 28th, IMPACT Wrestling took to their social media UK Twitter account to break the news from their UK show that local standout and top independent wrestler Leon Slater had signed a long-term contract with TNA Wrestling. This would be the second official signing under the TNA banner for Scott D’Amore.
“I think both are great, right?” D’Amore said in an interview with Sportskeeda while speaking about the recent signings of Leon Slater and PCO. “You’ve got a success story in PCO of a guy who I think many people wrote off as his career being over, and he went there and reinvented himself. He’s not human, and it’s great to have him and I think he’s in many ways, he’s like our Abyss in this era. He’s our crazy, hardcore guy who can go out there and do anything and seems to defy what a human being should be able to do.”

PCO had wrestled at Bound For Glory in a Monsters Ball Match against Maclin, Moose, and Rhino. PCO won the match with a PCO-sault onto Moose, followed by the cover.
Leon Slater wrestled Frankie Kazarian on the UK Invasion tour, as well as defending his North Championship at Turning Point when he faced Mark Haskins.
