DDT Pro-Wrestling headed to the Hokkaido Sapporo E-One Stadium as the promotion presented day 2 of its God Bless DDT 2023 Tour in Sapporo on October 15th.
The main event of the second straight night of DDT Pro action in Sapporo saw KO-D Openweight Champion Chris Brookes & Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion Takeshi Masada defeat Kazusada Higuchi & Toy Kojima when Brookes pinned Kojima with the Praying Mantis Bomb.
As the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title is defended under 24/7 rules, Brookes turned on Masada and tried unsuccessfully to win the championship. Masada got to the outside of the ring where he was rolled up and pinned by MAO to lose the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title. Takeshi Masada regained the title during the post show as Masada, disguised as a fan, attacked MAO to regain the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title.

- Special Tag Match: Kouki Iwasaki & MAO defeated HARASHIMA & Rukiya when Iwasaki submitted Rukiya with the Texas Clover Hold (16:31).
- Sapporo Specialty Special 6-Man Tag Match: Tetsuya Endo, Jun Akiyama & Noriyuki Yoshida defeated Kazuki Hirata, Tomoya & Kazuma Sumi when Yoshida pinned Sumi with the Authorized Lightning Leg Lariat (10:53).
- KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Yukio Sakaguchi, Saki Akai & Hideki Okatani (c) defeated Sanshiro Takagi, Akito & Makoto Oishi when Sakaguchi pinned Oishi with the God’s Right Knee (17:35)
- Special Tag Match: Chris Brookes & Takeshi Masada defeated Kazusada Higuchi & Toy Kojima when Brookes pinned Kojima with the Praying Mantis Bomb (21:56).
- Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: MAO defeated Takeshi Masada (c) with a School Boy (3:17 pm).*MAO becomes the 1,581st champion.
- Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Takeshi Masada defeated MAO (c) with a School Boy (3:43 pm). *Takeshi Masada becomes the 1,582nd champion.
