Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling has a new Princess of Princess Champion.
At TJPW Wrestle Princess 4, Miyu Yamashita dethroned Mizuki to become the new Princess of Princess Champion. Yamashita earned a shot at the Princess of Princess Title after she won the Tokyo Princess Cup Tournament back in August.
Mizuki held the title for 205 days before losing it to Yamashita on October 9th. This is Yamashita’s 4th reign as the TJPW Princess of Princess Champion.
In addition to the Princess of Princess Title, Yamashita also holds the Spark Joshi World Title in the USA and the EVE Championship in the UK.
Following her victory over Mizuki, Yamashita made these backstage comments:
I won the Princess of Princess Championship for the fourth time. Ever since the day Mizuki won this belt in March, I definitely wanted to challenge for this belt held by Mizuki. As a triple champion, I have traveled around the world.
