***Spoiler*** Knockouts Title Match Set At Bound For Glory

During tonight’s Mid-South Mayhem TV tapings, it was revealed that Trinity will defend her IMPACT Knockouts World Title against none other than the “Hardcore Country” Icon, Mickie James.

PWInsider.com later reported the spoiler as well.

Trinity will defend the Knockouts Championship against Mickie James at that Chicago PPV.

This likely stems from Mickie and Trinity both being vocal about wanting to compete against each other, as well as Mickie having never lost the title.

Mickie was forced to relinquish the Knockouts World Title back in April of this year due to injury, prior to Rebellion.

Trinity’s most recent title defense was against Alisha Edwards at Victory Road, which was a successful defense.

Both women competed on the same team at the IMPACT1000 Knockouts Tag Team Match, and after the match was over and their hands were all being raised as the winners, the camera caught Mickie James staring up at the IMPACT Knockouts World Title, which Trinity was hoisting high in the air.

Already announced at Bound For Glory:

IMPACT WORLD TITLE
Alex Shelley (c) vs Josh Alexander
Will Ospreay vs Mike Bailey
