Knockouts World Champion Trinity Talks Possible Feud With Mickie James In IMPACT Wrestling
Trinity is making a statement, and it involves Mickie James.
Trinity is the current Knockouts World Champion, and therefore, has a target on her back.
Trinity mentions wanting to go at with Mickie James, and how they’ve never competed 1 on 1 even in WWF/WWE.
The reigning Knockouts Champion recently was interviewed by Sportskeeda Wrestling. During the interview, Trinity shared who is the one opponent that she is looking forward to facing in IMPACT Wrestling. It is none other than five-time WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James. She mentioned that while the two had shared the ring on a few occasions in the Stamford-based promotion, the duo never had a full-length feud with each other.
“The one person I look forward to being in the ring with is Mickie [James],” she told Sportskeeda. “We never really got to…we’ve touched and been in the ring in WWE but never an angle or a real feud or anything like that.”

Mickie James was forced to vacate the Knockouts World Title due to injury back in April prior to the Rebellion PPV taking place. Trinity debuted with IMPACT just weeks later, and hasn’t had a chance to step into the ring with Mickie – until now.
Both women are teaming up with Jordynne Grace, Gail Kim, and Awesome Kong to fight Angelina Love, Deonna Purrazzo, Gisele Shaw, Savannah Evans, and an also-returning Tasha Steelz.
Now that they’re both competing for the same company and Trinity has the top prize in the business, Mickie wants a match for the title she never lost.
