Kento Miyahara Challenges Yuma Aoyagi For The AJPW Triple Crown Championship

On September 23rd, Yuma Aoyagi successfully defended his All Japan Pro-Wrestling Triple Crown Championship against Ryuki Honda at the final GIANT SERIES 2023 event of the tour. It was the fourth straight successful defense for Aoyagi since defeating Yuji Nagata for the title back on July 2nd.

Following his victory over Ryuki Honda, Aoyagi asked who will step up next to challenge him and AJPW ace and 6 time Triple Crown Champion Kento Miyahara appeared and stated he wanted a shot at the championship.

Kento Miyahara suggested the AJPW Triple Crown Championship match between him and Yuma Aoyagi take place on October 21st at Korakuen Hall as part of the upcoming AJPW 51st Anniversary tour.

To add intrigue to the match, Kento Miyahara and Yuma Aoyagi are currently the AJPW World Tag Team Champions.

As of this writing, a Triple Crown Championship match between Yuma Aoyagi and Kento Miyahara has not yet been made official.
