BJ Whitmer Indicted On First-Degree Strangulation, Second-Degree Burglary

BJ Whitmer has been indicted on several charges.

Whitmer was charged with strangulation and more earlier this month, also being fired by AEW in the process. The victim recounted the incident from June 4, claiming that Whitmer stated he was going to kill her while he was strangling her. It was reported that he only let her go after she stated she called the cops.

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp reports that Whitmer had a hearing on September 6 arrest in June, and he was indicted on first degree Strangulation and second degree burglary — both class C felonies. AEW will continue to work with the victim during this time.

There is a pretrial hearing set for October 4.
