AJPW GIANT SERIES 2023 Results (9/2/2023)

All Japan Pro-Wrestling kicked off it’s GIANT SERIES 2023 tour with it’s first stop at the Karuizawa Kazakoshi Park Gymnasium in Nagano.

The main event was a Triple Crown Title Prelude match as Satoshi Kojima, Kento Miyahara and Yuma Anzai faced the AJPW Triple Crown Champion Yuma Aoyagi, Shuji Ishikawa and Ren Ayabe in six man action. Kojima made a statement as he pinned Yuma Aoyagi following a lariat to win the match for his team. Kojima is scheduled to challenge Aoyagi for the Triple Crown Title on September 3rd.

There was an UN Tag Team Championship & G INFINITY Double Tag Team Title Match as the UN Tag Champs Suwama and Dan Tamura faced the G INFINITY Tag Team Titleholders Jun & Rei Saito. The match ended in a double count out. After the match, Shuji Ishikawa and Ren Ayabe challenged Jun and Rei Saito for the G INFINITY Tag team Championship.

  • Main Event: Satoshi Kojima, Kento Miyahara & Yuma Anzai defeated Triple Crown Champion Yuma Aoyagi, Shuji Ishikawa and Ren Ayabe
  • UN Tag Team Championship & G INFINITY Double Tag Team Title Match: UN Tag Team Champions Suwama & Dan Tamura vs G INFINITY Tag Team Champions ended in a double count out.
  •  Ryuki Honda vs. Hokuto Omori ended in a 20:00 time limit draw
  • Yoshitatsu & Takanori Ito defeated Takao Omori & Ryo Inoue
  • Tomoka Inaba & Azusa Inaba defeated Aoi & HisokA
  • Atsuki Aoyagi & Rising HAYATO defeat Hikaru Sato & Black Menso~re
