Tony Khan Would Trust Bryan Danielson To Book AEW If He Were Unable To Do It

Tony Khan puts a lot of faith into Bryan Danielson.

According to WrestleTix, AEW All In is currently at over 80,846 tickets distributed. This would be a new record for a wrestling event. The previous record was set at WWE WrestleMania 32 with 80,709 tickets accounted for at the turnstiles. AEW All In is set for August 27 at Wembley Stadium in London, England.

The show is the most anticipated in the history of the promotion and will feature several of the top names in the promotion. However, not everyone will make the PPV on Sunday, as even with AEW’s tendency to have long PPV’s, there is only so much room to go around on the card. This is an attribute to how successful AEW has been under Tony Khan’s direction.

Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Khan was asked to name the person he would trust to put together a show if he were unable to do so, and Khan noted he has named Danielson as that man.

“He hasn’t been around as much lately, because he’s been recovering from an injury. But if I got hit by a bus, or if I was ever incapacitated for some reason, the person I told my father that he should turn to is Bryan Danielson,”

Danielson is in London ahead of AEW All In for media.

We will have to wait and see how lucrative AEW All In will be when it airs on Sunday evening from Wembley Stadium in London and if Warner Bros Discovery will continue to be happy with how the company continues to succeed.
