New DDT Pro-wrestling KO-D Tag Team champions were crowned today at the SAKI AKAI 10th Anniversary event as Yuji Hino and Makoto Oishi defeated Daisuke Sasaki and MJ Paul to win the titles.
In a match that saw many near falls for both teams, Hino and Oishi were able to prevail after Oishi rolled up Paul for a three count. This was the first defense of the KO-D Tag Team Titles for Sasaki and Paul.
Hino and Oishi were immediately challenged by KANON for the belts. KANON said he will bring his teacher Minoru Fujita as his partner. KANON clotheslined Oishi before he left the ring. The match between the two teams has been official for September 9th.
