The MMA rules match went down on SummerSlam.
In a match that lost the crowd from the get go, the two former friends had their MMA Rules match. The match featured MMA style introductions.
When the bell rung, it became the fight that was promised as the two women brawled early on. Some of the highlights of the match featured a brutal Shayna Baszler head kick, with Rousey answering back with a stiff flying knee from Rousey.
After a brief doctors checkup for Shayna, the fight dissolved into a grappling sequence that ended with Shayna Baszler choking her former friend out cold for the submission victory.
