Satoshi Kojima Cannot Eat His Complimentary Bread From AEW Due To Damage From CM Punk’s GTS
Satoshi Kojima loves his bread.
At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2023, CM Punk and Satoshi Kojima would battle it out for a spot in the Owen Hart Cup semi finals. In the end Punk would get the victory, despite the crowd being in favor of the punishment Kojima inflicted.
After the event, Kojima would make his way backstage and would be greeted with something he was delighted to see, as the AEW staff introduced Kojima to bread clubs in the United States with a gift of bread after his match. Despite sweating profusely after his match, Kojima would still give it a try..
After last night’s fight, the AEW staff gifted me an assortment of breads. Although I was sweating, I ate the bread. Thank you for letting me know about bread clubs.

… Unfortunately for Kojima, he had received a Go To Sleep at the hands of CM Punk, and shortly after the first Tweet, Satoshi returned to the social media site so he could let fans know that his loss in the Owen Hart Cup tournament was not the only heartbreaking loss of the night. Kojima’s jaw was tragically to painful to try the assortment of bread, as he explained.
I was very happy to receive the bread as a gift. However, when I received the GTS, my jaw hurt and I could barely eat.

We will have to wait and see if Kojima will make his way back to the west for another excursion, but for now he will have to harbor the tragic loss of his bread.
