Leva Bates recently announced that she is leaving AEW after her contract with the promotion expired. This caught many fans by surprise, as Bates is an AEW original.
According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, many people in AEW were saddened to see Bates leave the promotion.
There were a number of people sad with this news as she was very well-liked.
