It seems Seth Rollins’ was as surprised by the news as fans.
During Friday Night SmackDown this week, it was announced that Seth Rollins would be facing Omos one on one at the upcoming Backlash Premium Live Event. This was interesting to note, as the pair have not interacted recently on Monday Night RAW.
Rollins took to Twitter shortly after the announcement and reacted to the news, dropping an Ace Ventura gif in response to the news.
Rollins is coming off a WrestleMania victory over Logan Paul, while Omos is coming off a loss at the same event to Brock Lesnar. We will have to wait and see what kind of story we see on the way to this matchup, but it certainly is a random one.
