Tammy Sytch Appears In Court On DUI Charges, Next Hearing Set For August

Even though Sunny has a nice resume in WWE, her personal life has been a complete disaster. She has battled addiction and has been arrested several times for various offenses such as DUI, domestic violence, and probation violation.

Following the March 2022 death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter during a traffic incident in Ormond Beach, Florida, the 50-year-old has been charged with one count of DUI causing death (DUI Manslaughter, a felony in the third degree), one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property. At the request of Sytch’s counsel, her most recent pre-trial hearing in Florida had been formally postponed until 13th April 2023.

On April 13th, Sytch appeared in court on the charges. According to a report by PWInsider, Sytch will not be back in court until August 16th. This court date will be where Sytch will decide if she wishes to go to trial or submit a plea deal to the court. Depositions related to the case will begin next month.
