Vince McMahon’s New WWE Contract Includes Code Of Conduct And Anti-Harassment Policy

There are terms to Vince McMahon returning to WWE with a new employee contract, including avoiding slipping into old habits.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Vince McMahon signed a new contract before the merger. In the available SEC filings, McMahon has committed to the promotion’s “Conflict of Interest and Code of Conduct.”

Vince McMahon continuing to work in WWE depends on him adhering to this “Code of Conduct” and the company’s “Equal Opportunity and Non-Harassment Policy.”

Obviously, these precautions are put in place due to Vince’s history of harassing and blackmailing women who worked for him into sexual encounters. McMahon has also had to pay off several victims, where he used WWE company money to pay them off.

We will have to wait and see if McMahon will be able to adhere to these news rules.
