Rhea Ripley Says She Confronted Bianca Belair To Show RAW Is Still Her Show

Rhea Ripley confronted Bianca Belair on Monday Night RAW in a short segment where the two women’s champions of WWE traded barbs. The segment would end without any blows being thrown, and seemed a little out of place now that Ripley is the SmackDown champion.

Speaking on WWE’s The Bump, Ripley was asked to describe why she decided to interrupt Belair on WWE Raw.

“I like a bit of mind games. I like being a bit cheeky and going out there and causing a little bit of havoc. Raw is still my show. It’s Monday Night Mami, whether Bianca likes it or not. I might be SmackDown Women’s Champion, but I ran that place with The Judgment Day, and I had to go out there and take my moment, my moment to show everyone exactly what we look like next to each other again. I was number one contender for Bianca’s championship, and unfortunately, I got injured, and that got ripped away from me. So I just wanted to remind her that I’m still here, and this is still my show, but this was my sort of warning to her, but also a little goodbye because I will be stepping away, more on SmackDown. But you might still see me here and there, I don’t know,”

Belair and Ripley have a friendship outside the ring that goes back to their time in NXT, but for now it appears that the dream match between the two on the main roster will continue to evade fans of the two champions. We will have to see what comes next for Ripley on this week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown.
