Tony Khan: If He Wasn’t Injured, Will Ospreay Was Going To Be On Supercard Of Honor 2023 Card

Will Ospreay was supposed to be booked for Ring Of Honor’s Supercard of Honor card.

Ospreay was scheduled to be part of the event before he suffered a shoulder injury, Tony Khan revealed during the media call held today.

Ospreay was scheduled to compete at IMPACT x NJPW Multiverse United against “Speedball” Mike Bailey. Due to his injury, he was replaced by Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Tanahashi was announced as facing Daniel Garcia at ROH Supercard of Honor.

Ospreay wrestled on joint NJPW-ROH events, but has not wrestled at a solo ROH event since ROH Death Before Dishonor 2018 when he challenged Jay Lethal for the ROH World Title.
