The Undertaker Can’t Imagine New Owners Giving As Much Attention To Detail As Vince McMahon

We previously reported that The Undertaker and Vince McMahon got into a heated argument over Mr. McMahon’s retirement. It turns out that Taker has his own opinion of a potential company sale as well.

While speaking to Ariel Helwani for BT Sport, The Undertaker said that he can’t imagine a new owner taking the reins of WWE and running it the same way. He made a reference to the “dedication to detail” that it takes to keep a show like WWE RAW going, and it’s hard to imagine someone else doing that.

“I would have a really hard time imagining that there wouldn’t be some kind of contingency that he has some type of control there. I don’t think he, even if the company was to get sold, which I don’t have any feeling one way or another whether that’s going to happen or not. I just can’t imagine somebody coming in and buying the company and running it the same way with just the dedication to detail [as] the way it’s run now,”

WWE is prepared to accept bids for potential buyers, and the company is seemingly on track to that middle of the year projection of when they will finally sell the company. There are some serious buyers for the company, but Vince McMahon also wants $9 million out of the deal.
