Former WWE Superstar Who Hates CM Punk Admits He’s Good For Business

During the post-AEW All Out 2022 media scrum, CM Punk made some critical remarks about Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, and The Young Bucks, which resulted in a considerable backlash and damage to his reputation within the company.

The fallout from his comments has continued to be a topic of discussion. Since then, Punk has been absent from the wrestling scene due to a triceps injury that required surgery. He has been making progress towards recovery, and his suspension may have also contributed to his prolonged absence.

While speaking on 10 Count with Steve Fall, former WWE and TNA star Ken Anderson talked about the time he hated CM Punk during the indies. However, he eventually changed his opinion and now believes that Punk is good for business.

I hated CM Punk for a while when I was on the independents. I finally get a copy of the tape, we pop it in, and it was CM Punk, Dave Prazak, and Ace Steel on commentary, and they were burying us. He gave me the most sincere, heartfelt apology.

Paul really loved CM Punk, and I was Paul’s baby for that couple months. … And then Punk was the next guy that he focused on, and I didn’t like it. I remember Paul took me and Punk out for sushi one night, and we just sat down and talked. And I’ve loved him ever since. I think he’s good for the business.”

We will have to wait and see when Punk will return to the company.
