The Lioness of NXT undergoes surgery to prepare significant muscle damage to her knee.
Nikkita Lyons was mysteriously taken out inside NXT’s notorious parking lot on the January 24, 2023, episode of the white and gold brand. It was later revealed that Nikkita had suffered a torn MCL and would need some time off from NXT television for surgery and recovery.
Nikkita Lyons took to Twitter on Tuesday and revealed she had a successful surgery. The Lioness of NXT thanked her fans for their support, and promised to return stronger than ever. She put out a photo of her fresh out of surgery for the internet wrestling community to see.
Nikkita Lyons was in a feud with Zoey Stark when she torn her MCL/ Meniscus. Stark reacted to her injury announcement with a dig of her own. The two turned rivals after Stark betrayed her partner on the November 8, 2022, edition of NXT.
