MJF Says Lance Storm Hasn’t Had Sex

If we can be serious for a moment…

It should be evident by now, but Maxwell Jacob Friedman has very little tact. He is extremely irreverent, even towards legendary Canadian wrestlers such as Lance Storm.

Recently, Storm took to Twitter to, we think?, offer a compliment to MJF.

Boy, did that backfire.

Storm originally tweeted that if he and Dean Malenko had a lovechild, that lovechild would be as good of a wrestler as Bryan Danielson. Storm then said that he would have to make a lovechild with The Miz to to produce MJF.

Look, it was kind of a weird tweet to write and we’re not sure what the actual point of it was but, naturally, it didn’t take long for MJF to respond.

“You have to have sex to have a kid, Lance,” MJF replied.

And then, in the most Lance Storm-way possible, Storm actually corrected MJF on the miracle of procreation.

“Actually you don’t,” Storm responded. “There is IVF. So there is hope you’ll get a Father’s Day card some day Max.”

It’s like when you’re in high school and you’re bullying the nerdy kid in class. But instead of just taking his lumps and sulking back to the library where he’ll have lunch by himself (we were that kid, by the way), he tries to “clap back.” And his response is, technically, correct. He’s never answered a question and gotten it wrong. But the response is so dreadfully awkward that you can’t really do anything other than shake your head and slam him into the locker.

That’s what this situation reminded us of. Lance Storm is a legend in this business. He made the wrestling business better, simply by being a part of it. But he should absolutely not get into a war of words with Maxwell Jacob Friedman. Because when he does, this happens. And we all get secondhand embarrassment.
