The Undertaker Doesn’t Know What Kevin Owens Was Thinking Picking A Fight With Stone Cold Steve Austin

Kevin Owens and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin had a rivalry that was heating up as WrestleMania 38 loomed closer. This didn’t sit well with The Phenom. During a visit to NASCAR’s EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix, Taker opened up about Owens’ issues with Austin.

“Well in the immortal words of ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, Kevin Owens has got to be one stupid son of a bitch. I don’t care where you’re from, you don’t mess with Texas Rattlesnake. He ain’t been in the ring in 19 years, you don’t think he’s gonna be bringing lumber with him. I don’t know what KO is thinking.”

The Undertaker also said that he felt sorry for Kevin Owens, because he was going to get stunned at The Show of Shows. The comments seemed to be in kayfabe terms, for those wondering if Undertaker had decided to bury Owens on a whim.

“I know you wanna be on the biggest card of the year, in the showcase of the immortals, but you don’t go kicking beehives, you don’t stick your hand in a beehive, and that’s exactly what he’s done. You’re gonna get stung. I know he’s not gonna get stung, he’s gonna get stunned. I pity him. I mean, he brought this on himself. You don’t mess with Texas and you don’t mess with the Texas Rattlesnake. KO it’s gonna be a long night when you come face to face with ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin.”

WrestleMania 38 was an extravagant event, one where Vince McMahon also competed at his last show of shows. We’ll have to see what the grandest stage of them all holds this year, but they will have to do a lot to match the legendary atmosphere they had in 2022.
