Sasha Banks Wanted Same Money As Becky Lynch And Charlotte Flair, WWE Didn’t Offer Close To That

Sasha Banks was not offered near what she wanted to return to WWE.

Sasha Banks is no longer with WWE and is expected to become a free agent in January, as she will be appearing at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom. It has been reported over the last few days that Banks’ left the company in the summer after negotiations fell through.

Dave Meltzer is now reporting in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Banks wanted a deal equivalent to the ones given to Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.

Sasha Banks was said to be seeking a number along the levels of Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair & those internally in WWE have said she wasn’t offered numbers close to that. They said that she’s not seen internally as somebody who would be on top for the next five years.

Time will tell if Banks will be able to get that money elsewhere but for now, Banks will be fielding offers from every major wrestling company. We will have to wait and see where she turns up.
