Survivor Series 2022: Women’s War Games Match Recap And Result

The women’s War Games match began the show at Survivor Series 2022 and the match began with Bianca Belair and Dakota Kai.

The second member of Team Damage CTRL to enter the match, due to Rhea Ripley winning advantage for the team on RAW, was IYO SKY after the first five minutes. They would spend much of the five minutes beating on Belair as the numbers advantage proved to be too much for Belair at this point in the match.

The second member of team Belair to enter the match was Asuka, who came into the match like a house on fire. Much of these 3 minutes would highlight Asuka and IYO going back and forth before Bianca and Asuka would double team Dakota Kai and IYO.

Nikki Cross would be the next member of Team Damage CTRL to get released into the match and Cross would bring a litany of weapons in the match, using them to disable both Belair and Asuka.

The next member of team Belair to enter the ring was Alexa Bliss, who came in similarly to Asuka with Bliss turning the tide for her team with some good team work from Team Belair. Nikki Cross however would begin to fight back. Bianca breaks a kendo stick over her knee. Cross would climb to the top of the cage as everyone else began using kendo sticks on each other, she would land a massive crossbody to end those 3 minutes.

Bayley in next for Damage CTRL, she brings two ladders into the match and a table. They use the table to trap Bianca Belair before teaming up on Bliss and Asuka. Nikki terrorizes Bianca as she’s trapped.

Mia Yim in next for Team Belair. She brings a trash can or two into the match. Yim proves to be an equalizer during these 3 minutes. The match begins breaking down even further, with multiple high intensity spots as all eight women go to the top ropes and hit superplexes one after another.

Rhea Ripley comes in and begins to take out all members of Team Belair. Within a minute of entering the match, Ripley had taken out all 4 members of Team Belair in the match. However, by the end of the three minutes, the match was back to being back and forth.

Becky Lynch entered the match and the match officially began as referees enter the match. Becky begins to take all comers on of Team Damage CTRL. Becky lays out both IYO and Dakota Kai. She begins brawling with Bayley before turning around into Rhea who plants her with Riptide. Asuka would break up the cover however.

Bayley would later hit Rose Plant on the metal between the rings but Asuka would once again make the save.

Damage CTRL would then go to the top rope with Asuka, Mia Yim and Alexa Bliss before Bianca Belair would lead a Tower of Doom spot being prevented by Nikki Cross shortly after, IYO would hit a moonsault onto Bianca and Mia.

Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss end up handcuffed too each other after Cross screamed at Bliss, referencing their prior feud. Bliss electric chairs Nikki back into a trash can. Rhea recovers and she puts Mia Yim through a ladder.

Shortly after, we got a callback to SummerSlam 2022 where Bianca and Becky began to take out Damage CTRl, both of them hitting their finishers on Kai and Sky before SKY and Kai are put on the table by Bianca. Bayley tries to save her teammates but Bianca KOD’s her into the cage.

Becky jumps off the cage, crashing through Kai and SKY before pinning the pair for the victory.
