Tommaso Ciampa will remain on the shelf for quite some time.
Last month, Tommaso Ciampa revealed that he underwent hip labrum surgery. Now, PW Insider is reporting that Ciampa will be out of action for the rest of the year and will only return next year.
“In asking around, we are told he isn’t expected back until next year,”

Tommaso Ciampa’s last match was on September 17th when he faced Bobby Lashley at a WWE live event. With Ciampa out of action, it will be interesting to see how The Miz will fare in his feud with Dexter Lumis and Johnny Gargano. Only time will tell how long it takes for Tommaso Ciampa to make it back to the ring.
