Bandido had an epic performance last month when he took on Chris Jericho for the Ring Of Honor World Title and recently put pen to paper on a deal with AEW despite interest from WWE.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Bandido signed a 3-year deal with AEW and opted not to go to WWE simply because he wanted to be with his family more.
“In the end, he realized he couldn’t sign with WWE because he’s got a child in Mexico and his significant other doesn’t want to move from Mexico and he doesn’t want to not see his child all the time.”

We will have to wait and see how Bandido will be booked in the coming weeks, but fans will certainly be excited to see more of his matches in AEW going forward.
