The Hurt Business might return sooner rather than later to WWE programming.
The new Bobby Lashley is a man of honor as a babyface, but that doesn’t mean he can’t bring The Hurt Business back together. Fans have clamored for the faction featuring Shelton Benjamin, Bobby Lashley, MVP and Cedrick Alexander to return to WWE programming.
While speaking to Ryan Satin on the Out of Character podcast, Lashley detailed the scenario that he crafted which could see them come together once more as a babyface faction.
“You know what, I was thinking about what could happen to actually bring us together, and I thought about this the other day, I was like, if [MVP] made Omos too dangerous, where he couldn’t contain him anymore, and Omos turned on him, he would need somebody to help him. There’s only one person that can beat Omos. Then, I may need some help, and if I need some help, you have Cedric, you have Shelton, you have, we can take him down, and then we’re babyfaces again. They’ll love us. Anything can happen,”

Time will tell if we will see the faction back together on WWE TV again, but for now MVP remains aligned with Omos while Lashley is set to defend the US title vs Ciampa on Monday Night RAW.
