Lita is not interested in signing with WOW anytime soon.
WOW have had a hectic couple of months. Severing ties with Tessa Blanchard after further accusations of bullying and racism, they find themselves without a marquee star and while AJ Lee is heavily involved, she will not perform in the promotion.
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, WOW wanted Lita to get on board with the promotion. She wasn’t interested.
WOW Women of Wrestling at least made an overture to Lita prior to their public announcement that they’d be returning to TV. We were told that things didn’t get very far at all, as Lita made it clear that she had no interest in working with WOW Women of Wrestling, and specifically David McClane.
One WOW source indicated that Lita made her feelings about McClane very obvious, and quickly rejected the overture. WOW would quickly pivot from their original plan, which was to contact a lot of women’s wrestlers with global television exposure.

Lita would end up feuding with Becky Lynch earlier this year, going one on one with Big Time Becks at Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia prior to WrestleMania 38. Lita would lose, but is not expected to be done in the ring as of this writing.
