It looks like one of NXT 2.0’s top stars will be returning to the brand next week.
On NXT 2.0, a vignette aired for Nikkita Lyons in which she announced that she will be returning from injury next week. Lyons has been out of action since the end of May when she pulled out of the Women’s Breakout Tournament due to a partially torn MCL injury.
Many believe Lyons to be the woman to end Mandy Rose’s NXT title reign and it was expected she would win the NXT Breakout Star tournament, which was won by Roxanne Perez in Lyons’ absence. Time will tell how Lyons will return to the brand, but we know it will be next week.
