Tony Khan has chosen his favourite AEW World Champion.
AEW have had several world champions in the three year history of the company. Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, Kenny Omega and Hangman Page have all held the coveted championship belt since its debut. Fans have repeatedly discussed which champion has had the best title reign and now, AEW president Tony Khan has had his say.
Tony Khan recently sat down with Rasslin’. On the show, Khan discussed who he thought had the best championship run in AEW. Tony believes current champion Hangman Page is the best they’ve had in the companies run:
“I believe the top prize in all of pro wrestling, against the greatest champion we’ve had, Hangman Page. The guy who knocked off Kenny Omega, he’s come in and he’s had, in my opinion, the best championship reign of anybody.”
