Sunny’s Blood Alcohol Level Was 3.5 Times The Legal Limit At Time Of Fatal Crash

Tammy Sytch, formerly known as Sunny, has been in the news a lot recently. She was arrested earlier this week and was released from jail on bail, posting a bond worth over 225,000 dollars. Sytch was charged in relation to a car accident in March that resulted in the death of another driver. Sytch was charged with nine different charges and could serve up to thirty years in prison if convicted.

According to NewsDaytonaBeach, police tested Sytch for blood alcohol level in the wake of the horrific crash and found it to be 0.28, which is 3.5 times higher than the legal limit.

“Sytch was under investigation by the Ormond Beach Police Department following a crash in March that claimed the life of Julian Lasseter. Investigators obtained a warrant shortly after the crash to test Sytch’s blood and found her blood alcohol content level to be 0.280—3 ½ times over the legal limit.”

This could spell even more problems for the WWE Hall Of Famer as the walls continue to close in on Sunny.
