Becky Lynch Calls Trish Stratus Out For Dream Match

If you were going to make a Mount Rushmore of women’s pro wrestling, there is a pretty compelling argument that both Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus would be part of it.

Both have created history at different points in time, with Trish being part of the first ever women’s match to main event RAW, while Becky was part of the first ever women’s main event of Wrestlemania. Stratus has held the women’s title on seven occasions while Becky has held it six times, and it would appear the two may be on a collision course. Speaking on Drew Garabo Live Featured Cut Of The Day Lynch said:

“If Trish Stratus wants to go, I am ready to go, but I think she should know that I destroyed her bestie, who I loved, who was my hero, who was my idol. I wasn’t a Trish Stratus fan so just imagine what I will do to her.”

Referencing her dream match with Lita earlier this year, Becky is clearly in the mood to face another legend at some point in time in the near future. Trish has come out of retirement a couple of times for a Royal Rumble appearance as well as a singles match at Summerslam 2019 with Charlotte. Stratus also appeared at several RAW’s and Evolution in 2018. Stratus appeared at a live event in Toronto earlier this year where she slapped Becky.
