Marty Scurll Will Continue His Wrestling Career In Puerto Rico’s CWA

Marty Scurll had been working for ROH and New Japan before the Speaking Out movement in 2020 eventually resulting in him being accused of sexual assault from 2015. Before the allegations were made, he re-signed with Ring of Honor and became the head booker. In January 2021, Ring of Honor made the decision to part ways with him after they did an investigation of the claims against him.

After a signing with New Japan fell through due to backlash from fans over the allegations, Scrull took some time out of the rig for a while. That was until last month when Puerto Rico-based CWA promotion announced that Scrull would be making an appearance for the company.

During a Pre Match Interview today Scrull announced that he would be moving forward with his career in the promotion.
