WWE Files New Trademark For NXT 2.0 Superstar

WWE has registered for a new trademark for recently debuting WWE NXT 2.0 Superstar.

WWE has filed paperwork to register for trademark for “Ru Feng.” WWE NXT Superstar Ru Feng made his television debut on the October 19th episode of NXT 2.0 in a losing effort to Tony D’Angelo.

Feng signed with WWE as part of this past July’s recruitment class that reported to the Performance Center. Ru Feng is a Chinese recruit, and was trained by former WWE PC coach Hartley Jackson, and Japanese wrestler and mixed martial artist Alexander Otsuka.

WWE’s trademark for Ru Feng reads:

“Mark For: RU FENG trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment.”
