Sin Cara Agrees With Andrade About WWE’s Misuse Of Mexican Talent

Andrade had a mixed bag of success in the WWE. During NXT, he had a quite successful run as champion. On the main roster, he did find himself the US Champion, but the lows were far more often than the highs. Eventually, Andrade found himself looking for his release, and if you ask Sin Cara, he might just know why Andrade made the choice to leave.

Sin Cara (now known as Cinta de Oro) spoke to SportsKeeda and talked about some of the issues he had with WrestleMania 37, in addition to his feelings on why Andrade left the company. Like Andrade, Sin Cara called out WWE’s inability to properly book Mexican talent and felt that was the reason Andrade asked for his release.

“Talentwise, everybody’s very talented. I can understand. But it’s just sad to be able to see that the Mexicans, us, don’t get the opportunity to showcase… Not one Mexican on the card and that’s just unfortunate because if you look at the talent that they have, they have great wrestlers. They can do a lot of positive things with them and they don’t do it and they don’t really… I don’t think they really care, to be honest.”

“That was the main thing why I left. That’s why Andrade left also. It wasn’t because he wanted to leave or because we were just trying to become news out there. It’s not about that but trying to fight for your ideals and what you want to accomplish in your life. And for me it’s not about the money. And for Andrade it’s not about the money.”

Even Andrade has called out the company for their misues of Latin American talent, and even slammed the company for not having any Mexican talent on WrestleMania. While Andrade is preparing for his next move post-WWE, it’s obvious he feels WWE could stand to diversify its talent.
