WWE Reportedly Releases Lars Sullivan

After all the controversy, Lars Sullivan seems to be done with the WWE.

PWInsider has reported that WWE has parted ways with Sullivan, though the company has yet to announce this publicly.

Sullivan had been considered a top prospect by the WWE and was considered a WrestleMania opponent for John Cena at one time. A knee injury then happened and several things surfaced about Sullivan that were controversial. Between inflammatory posts on a message board from when he was younger that led to a $100,000 fine, an alleged past with adult films, or being caught harassing women in their direct messages, Sullivan never really gained traction despite Vince McMahon having heavy interest in pushing him. Sullivan even had a view for a push following the 2020 WWE Draft, where he looked like he was getting set for a major push on SmackDown before completely disappearing from television.

Sullivan had the size that Vince McMahon loves in his stars, but things never worked ultimately. Now he is gone from the WWE. We will have more on this situation as it develops.
