This Week’s Being The Elite Goes Behind The Scenes Of The Brodie Lee Tribute Dynamite

Being the Elite has long been known as a show that’s part vlog and part sketch comedy for AEW. Last week after Brodie Lee’s death, the company allowed us to look back on the life of Brodie Lee through the lens of the show with members of The Dark Order. Now this week’s BTE has taken it a step further.

Going behind the scenes of the production of Wednesday’s Brodie Lee tribute show, Being The Elite shows an unprecedented look full of more tributes to Lee, in addition to the emotional weight carried by the roster the entire day leading up to going on air.

An emotional highlight includes a heartfelt speech to the locker room from Eddie Kingston, a man who had known Lee for several years after becoming friends on the independent scene. While continuing to add a little levity in a couple of sketches and the debut of Mikey Rukus’ single “Ghost Town,” the near half hour video may have completed the circle of tributes to the former TNT Champion.
