One of the most brutal matches in NXT history happened tonight with the main event of this year’s TakeOver: War Games. The Undisputed Era took on Pat McAfee’s Kings of NXT in a War Games Match to be remembered.
The dangerous match will of course have casualties and Oney Lorcan looked to be in poor shape after the match. During the end of the show, it was seen that Lorcan was being tended to by officials, with lacerations on his face, clearly bleeding.
Fightful Select reported that ringside medics were immediately tending to Lorcan as soon as the show ended. On a night where there was already a decent amount of blood shed earlier in the show thanks to a hard hitting Timothy Thatcher/Tommaso Ciampa match, this was just one more bloody moment on an intense and violent show.
