Stipulation added to Zack Sabre Jr Vs Toru Yano Match at Power Struggle

Power Struggle is just days away, starting on the 7th of November and with most eyes focussed on the Jay White Vs Kota Ibusi and the Evil vs Tetsuya Naito main events. There is one match however that should not be overlooked and that is the events opening match between Zack Sabre Jr Vs Toru Yano.

Toru Yano and Zack Sabre Jr are due to clash over Yano’s King of Pro Wrestling Trophy after Zack Sabre Jr won their match up during the G1 Climax, despite Yano trying everything in his play book. Zack Sabre Jr has lamented over the fact that Toru Yano has been boasting about his King of Wrestling trophy and all of Yano’s typical match antics, such as removing the turnbuckle pads, with Sabre Jr constantly reattatching the pads during their matches. As such NJPW have decided their match up will be a “No Corner Pads” Match meaning the turnbuckles pads will have already been removed leaving the steel turnbuckles exposed. News of the Stipulation was released on twitter;

On the last road to Power Struggle Zack Sabre Jr and his Dangerous Tekkers tag team partner Tai Chi defeated Yano’s Chaos stable mates YOSHI-HASHI and Hirooki Goto. Yano would have the last laugh attacking Sabre Jr challenging him to the stipulation.

Will you tuning in to watch Power Struggle? What do you make of the stipulation? Are you looking forward to Toru Yano Vs Zack Sabre Jr?
