WWE Reportedly Upset With Maria Kanellis For Announcing Pregnancy After Re-Signing With Company
On this week’s episode of RAW we saw Mike and Maria Kanellis wrestle a mixed tag team match against Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins.
Following the match there was an edgy segment involving Mike and Maria, in which Maria revealed that she was pregnant with their second child. During the segment Maria berated her husband Mike, saying that he wasn’t man enough to get her pregnant. Maria even went as far as saying maybe she should let Becky Lynch get her pregnant the next time around.
It had previously been reported that Mike and Maria had both re-signed new five-year contracts with WWE which were said to be worth $250,000 per year.
On the latest episode of the “Oh, You Didn’t Know Wrestling Show,” Brad Shepard reports that a source within WWE told him that the company is upset about this situation involving Mike and Maria. They described Mike and Maria as “sh*t” and said not to expect a significant push for them anytime soon.
Regarding Mike and Maria Kanellis, Brad Shepard said:
“According to a source in WWE, the company is upset about Maria announcing her pregnancy after her and her husband re-signed new contracts. The source described them as ‘sh*t’ and said ‘not to expect a significant push anytime soon.’ “

So it appears like Maria Kanellis will be away from WWE for another 9 months or now that she is once again pregnant. We will have to see exactly how things unfold from here going forward for Mike and Maria, as it looked as though the two were beginning a new storyline.
What isn’t know is whether or not Mike and Maria found out they were once again pregnant, or if they were aware of the pregnancy before signing their new contracts with WWE.
