Video Of WWE Staff Forcing Fan At Ringside To Remove AEW Shirt

We reported earlier today that fans who were wearing All Elite Wrestling merchandise at the Royal Rumble AXXESS event were told to “tilt up” their hats, which happened to remove the logo from visibility. It had also been said that WWE was making fans remove their AEW merchandise earlier this month, even though WWE was said to have changed their mind, and deny such policy being in place.

Well, a video has surfaced tonight from ringside at the Royal Rumble which showed a WWE staff member forcing a fan on the front row to remove the AEW shirt that he was wearing. This obviously contradicts WWE’s claim that they have not been making fans remove All Elite Wrestling gear, but as you can see in the video below it is definitely something that is happening.

You can see a tweet with the video of the fan being made to remove his AEW shirt below.

As the fan who is recording the video pointed out, there are apparently Bullet Club and other non-WWE shirts all around, but it doesn’t seem that WWE is concerned about them any longer and only focused on AEW merchandise.
