The Elite officially announced All Elite Wrestling along with its first show – Double or Nothing.
However, if they intend to compete with WWE, they require to be on television. On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that they have yet to sign any television deals.
However, Meltzer did confirm that they have received multiple offers for television deals. Here is what he said:
”There is no television deal, as we speak. But I can say that there’s multiple offers out there and I am confident enough to say that it will happen, which is the key thing anyway. ”
Meltzer then said that just because they’ve got offers doesn’t mean it’ll actually happen and that nothing is confirmed until the deal is finally signed.
