Ultimate Fighting Championship held their UFC 323: Dvalishvili vs. Yan 2 event on Saturday December 6th, 2025 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event aired live on PPV.

UFC closed out its pay-per-view era with one final PPV -UFC 322, before the promotion officially shifts under the new Paramount Skydance media umbrella in 2026. Beginning next year, numbered events will move away from the traditional pay-per-view model and land on Paramount+ in the U.S. at no extra cost to subscribers. It’s a major pivot for the company, which has relied on the PPV system since launching in 1993 and leaned on it even harder throughout its seven-year run with ESPN.
