Preview for Tonight’s AAA Triplemania XXXIII: AAA Mega Championship Four-Way Match, Natalya, Judgement Day, Los Garzas in Action & More!
AAA Lucha Libre and WWE present Triplemania XXXIII tonight, August 16th, 2025. The event will take place at Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico and will air LIVE on the on the WWE, WWE Español, and Lucha Libre AAA YouTube channels, with commentary available in both English and Spanish. In Mexico, the event will also be broadcast on HBO Max, Space, and Azteca 7.
Triplemanía is AAA’s premier annual event, and is comparable to WWE’s WrestleMania or New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Wrestle Kingdom. Triplemanía XXXIII is especially significant as it will be the first time WWE is directly involved in promoting and airing the event live on their platforms, following the company’s acquisition of AAA earlier this year.
Below are the matches announced and promoted for tonight’s AAA Triplemania XXXIII.
AAA Triplemania XXXIII Match Card:
- AAA Mega Championship Fatal 4-Way Match: El Hijo del Vikingo (c) vs. Dragon Lee vs. Dominik Mysterio vs. El Grande Americano
- AAA Tag Team Championship Street Fight: Los Garzas (Angel & Berto) (c) vs. Pagano & Psycho Clown
- Six-Person Tag Team Match: Niño Hamburguesa, Mr. Iguana & Lola Vice vs. Finn Bálor, JD McDonagh & Raquel Rodriguez
- AAA Reina de Reinas Championship Triple Threat Match: Flammer (c) vs. Faby Apache vs. Natalya
- AAA Latin American Championship Match: El Mesías (c) vs. El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr.
- Copa Bardahl Match: This match features participants entering at timed intervals, similar to a WWE Royal Rumble match, with eliminations only occurring via pinfall.
