Trick, AJ, and KC — The Culture is Alive
Tonight’s six-man tag team match has big fight feel written all over it. NXT Champion Trick Williams links up with AJ Francis and the high-flying KC Navarro to throw down with the heavy-hitting trio of Elijah, Josh Briggs, and NJPW’s own Yoshiki Inamura.
This one ain’t about respect. It’s about dominance. Trick is looking to prove his title reign ain’t just smoke and mirrors, and he’s got two hungry allies by his side. But don’t sleep on the other side — Elijah’s been making noise in the shadows, and with Briggs and Inamura bringing brute force, this might turn into a street fight real quick.
Blake Monroe Signs the Dotted Line
Former Stardom standout Mariah May is now Blake Monroe, and tonight she makes it official with an NXT contract signing. If you’ve followed her run overseas or caught glimpses on AEW TV, you already know this is a massive get for the black and gold brand.
Expect fireworks. Contract signings in NXT rarely go off without a hitch, and Monroe walking into this roster with all eyes on her? There’s bound to be someone with a chip on their shoulder waiting in the wings.
Women’s Evolution Eliminator – Four Must-Win Matches
The road to the NXT Women’s Championship starts tonight with a series of Evolution Eliminator matches. Four first-round bouts will set the stage for who gets a shot at the gold — and these are anything but warm-up matches.
- Lash Legend vs. Kelani Jordan: Power meets finesse. Lash has been on the grind, but Kelani’s agility and resilience might be her ticket to the next round.
- Zaria vs. Izzi Dame: Quiet storm vibes here. Zaria’s been gaining momentum, but Izzi’s got that sleeper confidence. Could be the surprise banger of the night.
- Thea Hail vs. Jaida Parker: Thea’s energy is unmatched, but Jaida’s mean streak might just make the difference. Expect chaos.
- Lola Vice vs. Jordynne Grace: Now this is the money match. Lola’s been dancing circles around the competition, but Jordynne Grace is built different. If Grace wins, the women’s division just got a lot scarier.
