WrestleMania 42 Dates Not Yet 100% Locked In, Potential Scheduling Conflict With “A Pretty Big Act” Over Venue

As anticipation builds for WWE’s annual extravaganza, WrestleMania 42, conflicting reports have surfaced regarding the venue, which is assumed to be Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

According to a recent update from WrestleVotes, WWE has yet to lock in the official dates for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The report suggests that a scheduling conflict at Allegiant Stadium is preventing WWE from finalizing plans, citing a major act currently booked at the venue on the dates WWE initially targeted. This high-profile conflict has reportedly hindered WWE from making a formal announcement.

“The dates for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, NV next year are believed to not be 100% locked in yet,” WrestleVotes stated. “There was a rumor that Allegiant Stadium is locked in with a pretty big act that’s unwilling to move on the dates that WWE are seeking for the show, so they can’t announce anything yet.”

However, this information stands in contrast to a prior report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (WON), which claimed that WWE had already secured Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for a two-day WrestleMania event. That report indicated the dates had been confirmed internally, and WWE was simply waiting for the optimal time to make the announcement public.

While both reports agree on the intended location, the discrepancy regarding the finalized dates underscores the fluid nature of large-scale event planning, particularly with venues like Allegiant Stadium that are in high demand.

As of now, WWE has not issued an official statement confirming the dates or addressing the reported scheduling conflict.
